Alice Barnes

REMEMBERING ALICE

Alice Barnes passed away peacefully the morning of September 8, 2024. she worked at Bethlehem Steel Mill and retired after 20 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.

Alice was born in 1944 in Bessemer, Alabama to Alice Smith. She had three siblings, Eddie Lee, Frank Jr, and Jesse.  She has three children Alfreda, Alvenia, and Kimberly. From her 3 children she leaves 12 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.

Alice was preceded in death by her mom Alice Smith, brother Frank Jr, daughter Alfreda, and grandson Chrishaun. May her love and light continue to guide us in our own lives.
